Professional Experience:

Consultant with experience in management of human resources, information technology policy, assistive technology, IT Capital Planning and Investment Control, and internet Webmaster.  More than 30 years experience in information technology for the Federal government and 8 years as a private sector executive and manager.

More than 20 years experience managing projects requiring coordination of multi-contractor environments, assimilation of staffs with varying professional discipline expertise, reporting to internal and external oversight reviewers, recruiting, and supervision of culturally and ethnicaly diverse staffs. Applications included civilian, private sector, and military initiatives. Leadership experience includes Chief Executive Officer, member of marketing staff reporting directly to a CEO, and principal corporate project manager.
